Nature Books & Nature Nurturing

Nature Books & Nature Nurturing

Are you enjoying the great outdoors while we are in lockdown? Have you ever wondered whether it’s a beech or a birch tree? Perhaps you are curious about the life of badgers and bats? Or maybe you want to find out more about wildflowers?

If you do, then have a browse the spreadsheet here of this wonderful collection of nature and wildlife books that have been donated to us by one of our supporters. Choose your book, send an email to info[at]octoberbooks[dot]org with the details of the book/books and your proposed donation and we will make sure they are available for collection from the shop or for delivery (there may be a small charge for delivery depending on your location).

The majority of the money raised from this project will go to support Southampton City Farm  to help them to continue nurturing nature locally. The remainder of the money raised will cover some of our costs at October Books.

Thanks all and happy urban wandering
