Not just a bookshop... we sell (and deliver) toiletries too!

We’re not just a bookshop… we’re October Books! As well as all of those lovely books, we also stock a wide range of vegan, ethical and fairtrade toiletries!

As you know we are now closed to passing trade, but we are still welcoming customer orders. You can browse our stock, and place your order here

We are currently offering free delivery to SO17, SO18, SO14 and SO15 postcodes so if you need a good read, pampering toiletries or ethical munchies do let us know. 

We stock different brands (including Faith In Nature, Kingfisher and Natracare) and various flavours (including fragrance free) and some items can be bought in bulk containers, or as plastic-free items. Please specify your preference when you place your order and we’ll do our best!

If you would like to purchase an additional item to donate to Southampton’s local food banks please label it ‘food bank’ on your order and we’ll deliver that to them too.
