A place where adults and children are stimulated to reimagine a more equitable flourishing community that cares for people and the natural world, through the books and products sold and the events that are put on.' We work with participative approaches in the team, so this isn’t your usual retail or management role.

You will work closely with the existing team, sharing the responsibility for running the business as a whole. The role is perfect for someone who is looking for significant responsibility in an adaptive and flexible co-operative environment.
